At Dorset Knobs, we specialise in crafting traditionally baked products, particularly the well known and requested Dorset Knob. Our baking process mimics the methods used by bakers of yester year, who would leave small knobs of dough in the oven to cool overnight, enjoying them as a delightful snack the next day. It took us over 4 months to perfect this traditional baking technique. To further enhance our offerings, we introduced the Wholemeal Knob along with a variety of flavours that include the Cheesy Knob & Chilli Hot Knob, ensuring that the knob biscuits appeal to a wider audience with all tastes. Each of our products is proudly Made In Dorset, by true Bread Bakers with decades of experience.
